ANZO - Australia, New Zealand and Other places not included in any other region
 

ASIA -   Asia
 

CEEMA - Continental European, Easter Mediterranean and African region
 

RIBI - Great Britain and Ireland (GBI)
 

SACAMA - South American (except Guyana, Suriname and French Guiana), Central American, Mexico, and the Spanish speaking island nations of the Caribbean (except Puerto Rico)
 

USCB - United States of America, Canada, & Bermuda (including Puerto Rico)

(Note: Zones have supplanted Regions for the administrative grouping of Districts)
